Everyone experiences challenging and sometimes painful life changes. Let us assist with our intensive outpatient psychiatric services that provide group, individual, and family therapy in a comfortable, secure, and confidential environment.

Our Mission

Restoring the quality of life by focusing on each person as a unique individual. Twin Rivers Pathways, a subsidiary of DeSoto Memorial Hospital, was created to fill a void in the community. That void was the treatment of mental health issues with counseling and support. Stay tuned for our monthly newsletter, where we keep you updated with what’s going on at TRP!  

What We Do

Along with a psychiatric treatment team consisting of a doctor, nurse, therapists, and group therapy, we offer support for emotional or physical problems such as:
  • Grief/Loss
  • Anxiety/Depression
  • Loneliness and isolation
  • A sense of hopelessness
  • Difficulty coping with change
  • Strained family relations
  • Substance abuse
